Suspension noises are hard to diagnose from the driver’s seat, which is why we start with a test drive and then put the car on the lift and check every joint by hand. Sam, our suspension specialist, has been doing exactly this for years and does not guess.
Common repairs include shocks and struts, which are usually due between 60,000 and 100,000 miles; control-arm bushings and ball joints, which wear faster on Nebraska roads than on the ones the manufacturer tested on; tie-rod ends, which cause wander and inside-edge tire wear; and wheel bearings, which hum at speed and get louder when you change lanes.
Any job that touches steering or suspension geometry includes a four-wheel alignment afterward. We print the before and after numbers for you.
We use OE-equivalent parts from suppliers like Moog, KYB, Monroe and the original manufacturer, depending on the car. If a cheaper part would mean doing the job again in two years we will say so and quote the better one.
